Rachel Jeep joined the firm in 2007 as an associate and became partner in 2016.    She practices in the areas of general civil and commercial litigation, commercial transactions, health law.   Her experience includes representing individuals and corporations in all aspects of the litigation process, including motion arguments, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and administrative proceedings.  She also handles probate and trust litigation matters for non-profit entities and individuals.  In addition to litigation, she represents individuals and corporations with corporate transactional matters and real estate matters.   She has negotiated contracts and commercial leases; prepared, reviewed, and negotiated partnership agreements, non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements, and employment agreements.  Rachel's practice also includes representing health care professionals with general business advice, transactional and licensure matters, payor reimbursement matters and fraud and abuse investigations, as well as employment agreements and partnership agreements.

When she is not in the office, Rachel tries to spend as much time as she can outside, supporting the arts, travelling, and going for hikes with her dogs.
