The firm ceased operations effective October 31, 2025 after nearly 40 years.  Doug Copeland was the sole remaining founding member.  Steve Thompson is retired and living in Florida with his wife.  Rachel Jeep has started a new firm – Jeep Law – with offices now located at 222 S. Central, Suite 1100, Clayton, Missouri 63105.  Doug Copeland joined Rachel’s firm in an of counsel position, and Kelsey Thompson joined as an associate.  For a period of time the phone number 314-726-1900 will be forwarded to the new firm.   

Terry Mueller, who was in an of counsel position with the firm has retired and is living in Chesterfield with his wife.  Mike Hart, who was also in an of counsel position with the firm has located his office at 231 S. Bemiston, Suite 800, Clayton, Missouri 63105, and Mike’s office phone number is 314-742-7208.
